The short version
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use tracking cookies. When you click a code, we log the click without your IP address. If you contact us, we use your email only to reply. You can ask us what we hold about you, or to delete it, at any time.

What we collect and why

We don't ask for your name, address or payment details, you don't need an account, and we never collect sensitive information such as health or financial data.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site itself doesn't set any cookies when you browse it. Our affiliate partner Skimlinks runs a script on our pages that turns links to stores into affiliate links; it may use cookies and collect details such as your IP address, browser, the page you're on and the links you click. Cloudflare, which protects the site from attacks, may set a short-lived security cookie. When you click through to a store, the store's affiliate network sets its own cookie on its own website so the store knows the order came from us (see the next section). Our cookie notice lists these in detail.
If we add ads or analytics in the future, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Affiliate links and the stores you visit
When a store's affiliate program has approved us, our links go through a short redirect (/go/…) that records the click and passes a random click ID to the affiliate network, such as Awin, Impact or CJ. The network uses its own cookie to credit the order to us, and later tells us the order details listed above, linked to that click ID. The click ID doesn't identify you.
Once you're on a store's website, the store's own privacy policy applies to what you do there, including anything you buy.
Who we share information with
- Affiliate networks receive the random click ID when you click an affiliate link. Skimlinks, through its script on our pages, receives the details described in "Cookies and similar technologies".
- Service providers who run the site for us: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (network and security), and Postmark, which sends our emails. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- A buyer or successor, if our business or site is sold, under this same policy.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct it if it's wrong
- delete it
- stop using it for a particular purpose
Send your request through our contact form (choose "Privacy request") or email [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your email address so we don't give your information to someone else. We'll reply within 30 days, and we won't treat you differently for making a request.
US state privacy rights
If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Texas), you have the rights listed above: to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you. In the last 12 months we have collected the categories described in "What we collect and why", for the purposes listed there, and we have not sold or shared personal information.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We don't sell or share your personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of today. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing, now and in the future. If this ever changes, we'll update this policy first and give you a way to opt out before it happens.
Australian privacy law
We're based in Australia and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. You can ask to access or correct your information as described above. If you're not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, please tell us first; if we can't resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Children
The site isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We keep what we collect to a minimum, store device IDs only as one-way hashes, send everything over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and limit admin access to our own staff. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we'll tell you and the relevant authorities if a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm.
Where your information is processed
We're based in Australia. Our servers and service providers, including Cloudflare, may process information in other countries, such as the United States. When they do, we require them to protect it to the standard described here.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll say so clearly on this page before it takes effect.
