Stores tell their affiliate network which code was used on each order. We receive that report.

Codes that worked rise to the top with how often they were used. Codes nobody can use drop off.
What the labels mean
Each code and sale shows one of these labels, so you can see at a glance how strong the evidence is.
- Confirmed by ordersUsed in real orders placed through our links in the last 7 days, as reported by the store's affiliate network. We show the number of orders once there are at least 3, and when the code was last confirmed.
- Merchant-issuedPublished by the store in its official offer feed on an affiliate network, with start and end dates. Reliable, but not yet confirmed by orders through our site.
- Announced by the storePublished by the store on its own website or emails. We link to the page where we found it and show the date we last checked it.
- Shared by shoppersSent to us by shoppers. We list it with this label until orders show it works, and remove it when shoppers tell us it doesn't.
- Sale · no code neededA discount that applies without a code. We link straight to the sale and show when it ends.
How orders confirm a code
When you click "Show code", we record the click with a random ID and pass that ID to the store's affiliate network. If you then place an order, the store reports it to the network, usually including the code that was entered. The report comes back to us with the same ID, so we can compare the code you picked with the code the store recorded:
- Same code: the code worked in a real order.
- A different code: our code probably didn't work, and you found another one. That counts against our code.
- No code: you bought without one, or the store doesn't report codes. That counts neither way.
Networks report orders anywhere from a few minutes to about two days later, so we show "last confirmed 3 hours ago", never "live". We only see orders placed through our own links, and we never show individual orders, only totals.
When a code stops working
Orders prove a code works, but they can't prove it's dead. So we also watch for codes that people keep clicking while orders arrive with other codes, and we ask "Did it work?" when you come back from the store. Your answers count, but less than real orders. Codes past their end date move to the collapsed "Expired" list on the store page.
Codes we never publish
Order reports sometimes show codes that were never meant to be public: staff codes, influencer codes, or one-off customer service codes. We never publish those automatically. A code only goes on the site if the store published it or the store approves it.
Store facts
Shipping thresholds, return windows, loyalty programs and discounts such as student or military offers are checked by hand on each store's own website. Every fact shows its source and the date we checked it, and we recheck them regularly.
Before a store's program is live
We can only confirm codes with order data once a store's affiliate program has approved us. Until then, the store's page shows only codes and sales the store announced itself, labeled "Announced by the store", plus its facts and ways to save. You won't see "Confirmed by orders" on those stores.
What we don't claim
- We don't test every code by hand, and we don't say "100% verified".
- A code that worked for others can still fail for you: some codes are for new customers only, exclude sale items or have a minimum spend. We show those conditions on each code.

Report a problem
Found a code that doesn't work or a fact that's wrong? Use "Did it work?" after trying a code, or contact us. We look at every report within two business days.
